Pillar for Active Vulnerable Women in Democratic Republic of Congo
PIFEVA is a Congolese women's NGO supporting indigenous women, vulnerable and marginalized women and local communities against poverty and injustice created on June 4, 2004 in Bukavu in a context characterized by repeated wars, widespread poverty, malnutrition and hunger, climate change, violence against women, discrimination against indigenous women and girls, the spread of HIV/AIDS, the exploitation and use of women and children in mining areas, armed forces and groups as well as massive population displacement following the multiple wars that have occurred in the Democratic Republic of Congo. PIFEVA is currently operating in the provinces of South Kivu, North Kivu and Maniema in the East of the Democratic Republic of Congo.

Support indigenous women, vulnerable and marginalized women, children, young people and local communities in the fight against poverty and injustice in the Republic Democratic Republic of Congo.
Our Vsion
See the indigenous woman, the vulnerable and marginalized woman, the child, the young girl as well as the local communities supported to become competitive and architects of their own social, economic, legal, cultural and political promotion in the Republic Democratic Republic of Congo.
